Fishing Overview: Most action has moved subsurface with cold temps. Scuds and small nymphs are producing.

Specifics and Tips: Water levels have been higher than normal all season with the abnormal amount of rain that we've had. It's been great for the fish, but tough on anglers. During high water, fish the holding water along the banks and other obvious sheltering lies.
