Stream: Letort Spring Run

Highlight: Good Trico hatches in the morning for a bit longer although cooler temps are slowing things down. Don't forget that cressbugs inhabit the stream year-round and are always a good bet subsurface. Slowly strip a sculpin pattern between the cress beds for bigger fish. Try small caddis in the evening. Long leaders are a must!

Fishing Overview: Temps are moderating, but terrestrials are still producing good surface and subsurface action.

Specifics and Tips: BWO's on cloudy days. Small nymphs are producing results in the film. Try small caddis at dusk.
